Public Awareness http://www.extrahandsforals.org/xhpa/
At Extra Hands for ALS, we believe as strongly about education as we do about service. Every semester, all Extra Hands volunteers are required to participate in an initiative designed to raise awareness of ALS in their respective communities or among their peers. Sometimes, the initiative will be working at one of our events, but in most cases the student volunteers prefer to design and implement their own ideas.

If you are an Extra Hands volunteer looking for an idea for your public awareness initiative this semester, here is a sampling of opportunities. Let us help you with your project!]]>
